Website updates add useful detail

Marketing and promotion

There always seems to be something to do on the website of the Old Highercombe Hotel Museum – updating coming events, adding new images, adding further detail, etc.

Recently I’ve added detail screens linked to the original ‘Visit Us’ screen, which summarised how people can visit the Museum.

OHHM website detail screen images
Our Booking Officer has been receiving enquiries for group tours via the web site wanting to know the costs of morning tea or lunch etc. Web surfers can now see more details directly, including our standard costs.

Our School Tours are being revamped, with teachers now able to select various modules aimed at the new National History Curriculum. Teachers can see the initial details and costs on the web site.

For those getting married, we have details of how we can help with an informal garden wedding.

Of course I am regularly updating the Coming Events and adding photographs to past events and moving them to the Archives.

Our next event is Curious Collections on Sunday 15 July.

The Museum will be host to up to 30 local collectors – displaying their own passion.

10 am – 4 pm, entry by gold coin, at 3 Perseverance Road, Tea Tree Gully.

Your website's looking great!

Your style is very unique compared to other folks I've read stuff from. Many thanks for posting when you have the opportunity, Guess I will just book mark this site.

Howdy! I know this is kinda off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you using for this website?
I'm getting tired of Wordpress because I've had problems with hackers and I'm looking at options for another platform. I would be great if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.
