Collection Policies

Collection policies need regular review to maintain their relevance and to continue to provide appropriate guidance for museum activities. The Help Sheet Collection policy: guidelines to writing is now available on the History Trust website. It relates to CMP standards C1.1 and C1.3 and is designed to assist museums to write a policy that covers the core areas of collection management. Read more about Collection Policies >
