100 exhibitors, 98 presentations, 47 speakers.  Day tickets will be available, but pre-book by 30 September to go into the $3000 prize draw, have priority access to presentations & to receive newsletters leading up to the expo. Additional workshops and presentations available for a fee.

Old Treasury Tour

Explore the old Adelaide Treasury, one of Adelaide’s oldest and most significant historical sites. It was here that gold from the eastern states was stored to be smelted into the Adelaide Pound. 

The tour includes the former Cabinet Room of the South Australian Government that is in its original condition, underground tunnel areas original to the building and much more!

The History Council of South Australia proudly presents their 2016 Annual Country Lecture in association with Gladstone History Group and Rocky River Historic & Art Society of Laura.  Dr Philip Butterss (Senior Lecturer, University of Adelaide) author of An Unsentimental Bloke, the Life and Work of CJ Dennis, will talk about the life CJ Dennis, and the influences which his writings have had on several generations of Australians.
